依据用户提供的杨荫浏《宋姜白石创作歌曲研究》原始译谱，并与“大众乐谱网”“哆来咪曲谱网”同源五线谱／简谱图片交叉校勘。署名保留“姜夔词曲、杨荫浏译谱”，不作为本站用户原创或新的曲调适配。 谱面为 1=C、4/4，33 个书写小节、98 字；开头按原始译谱记为一拍弱起，末小节三拍，不沿用后出图片开头多补的休止符。 第 2 版纠正初次录入的“乔”“重”“仍”；另依据原始译谱还原“驻”“初”“犹”“词”的音高，以及“算”“惊”的升号。保留清晰版的一字多音连线及歌词分配；“空城”沿用词文，不照录原始谱图中的“江城”。 原始译谱未标速度，播放暂用每分钟 72 个四分音符及长笛音色，可在谱曲器修改；延长记号按原时值再延长一倍，不表示唯一的演唱处理。 目录另收录《扬州慢（后期整理谱）》，保留后期清晰谱中六处不同的音高写法，供演唱与比较；两版共有的三处初次录入错误均已纠正。
